1. The inquiry

Choose a finished work and send a request, or commission a new one. You write to the master directly; nothing is charged and nothing is owed until you both agree.

  2. The reserve & deposit

If the master takes the work, they write to you personally with terms. A non-refundable deposit secures the piece and covers materials and time — and confirms the request is sincere.

  3. The making

For a commission, the figure takes shape by hand, one stage at a time. You may follow its progress and speak with the master along the way.

  4. Payment & shipping

The balance is settled before the work leaves the workshop. Delivery is insured, tracked, and one-way — packed by hand and photographed before it travels.

  5. A final sale

Each piece is fragile and one of a kind. For this reason all sales are final and returns are not possible — what you receive is meant to stay with you.

If this suits you, begin with a single note. The master reads every one and answers in their own time.
