Terms of Use
Last updated 12 October 2026
These are the rules for using this website. Ritunia is a single-artist workshop, not a shop: the site shows work and takes requests, nothing more. By using the site you agree to what is written here. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Who may use the site
You must be 16 or older. Every form that collects contact details and account registration ask you to confirm this. The confirmation is a statement you make, not an identity check, and it is yours to keep true.
Your account
An account is optional: browsing, bookings and requests work without one. If you make one, it belongs to one person. Keep your four signs, your Telegram, Google or Apple sign-in, and any sign-in link private, and do not hand the account to someone else. You are responsible for what is done through it. We may close an account that is used to abuse the site or other people. You can delete yours yourself in your profile at any time; what happens to the data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The works, the photographs and the texts
The sculptures, photographs, tales, gazette leaves, card art and frames made by the artist are the artist's work and stay hers. Photographs may be shared on social networks under the conditions on the page about the photographs; any other reproduction needs written permission. The same goes for the texts: you may quote and link, but you may not republish a tale or a leaf as your own or in full.

Bookings, commissions and requests
A booking, order, reservation, waitlist entry or question sent through the site is a request, not a contract. Nothing is sold until the artist has replied personally and agreed with you on the work, the price and the terms. The site takes no payment and never asks for card details: payment happens on Etsy, through the link to the work. The artist may decline or cancel a request, and you may cancel yours with the cancel token you were given.

What you write here
Comments, impressions and any other text you send to be shown publicly stay yours. By sending them you allow the site to display them, and to remove or hide them. The artist reads what is posted and may remove anything that is abusive, unlawful, an advertisement, or that contains other people's personal data. Write only what you are free to share.
The studio, cards and the game
Frames you make in the studio remain your work; by putting one forward you allow the site to show it, put it to a vote, and, if it is approved, use it in the game. A licence to a frame or a card is the right to wear or hold it in the game, not ownership of the artwork or of its copyright. Dust, grain and other in-game currencies are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be bought for or exchanged into money, and exist only inside the game. The rules, prices, limits and balance of the game may change, and the artist decides on approvals and edge cases.
What not to do
Do not try to enter other people's accounts, get around the age confirmation, rate limits or other protections, scrape the site at a rate that burdens it, send automated or bulk requests, upload anything unlawful or harmful, or pretend to be someone else, including the artist.
Availability and liability
The site is offered as it is. It may be unavailable, change or lose features without notice, and we do not promise that it is free of errors. Descriptions, dimensions and colours of works are given in good faith; a screen is not a substitute for the work in your hands. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms, and anything they do not settle, are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If something goes wrong, please write to the artist first: most questions are settled by a letter. This does not take away any right that the law of the country where you live gives you and that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the "last updated" date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. A change does not reach back to a request already agreed with the artist.
