Granny Doll with Three Hens and Keys

A handmade, one-of-a-kind miniature granny art doll with a gentle, weathered face and three small hens at her feet.

Sculpted from polymer clay, painted with acrylics and finished with varnish, she wears a black headscarf over pale hair, a brown vest of coarse fabric with frayed edges, a cream blouse and a green skirt with stitching along the hem. A purple polka-dot pouch hangs at her side with a bunch of keys, one of them heart-shaped. The three hens, brown and white, are sculpted from polymer clay too.

A quiet, kind village grandmother with a soft, slightly sad look: she is always glad of a guest.
